Cake Connection Corporate Services is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:

  • Cakes, Flowers , fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items are delivered to given incorrect address provided by the sender. If the given Address is incorrect OR Given Contact Number is in Correct or not reachable or Switched off – ( Alternative Number is Stictly suggested to provide not to have any inconveniency to you )
  • If the House or Office is closed or recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender OR the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

A full refund for cancellations is allowed if made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.
