Delivery & Shipping Policy and TAT ( Turn Around Time)
Title and Risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Cake Connection’s shipment. Thereafter “Cake Connection” will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the product.

Minimum time 6 hours

Although we believe in Timely Delivery, we try to meet up selected time slot but there may be external factors which affect the timing of delivery, for which we are not liable or do not provide any refund/replacement.
Delivery may take longer due to:
1 Bad weather
3.Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your e-mails and SMS or attend the call regularly for updates.
- During National Holidays and other Festivals, extra charge will be levied. Apart from that, there is no Guarantee about the Exact Delivery Time under any circumstances.
- First barrier point viz. Security cabin, Entrance Gate, Main Gate, Colony premises, Office Main Gate, Reception area, or equivalent will be taken into consideration for Delivery Timings.
Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least 3 days in advance.
Products that are hand delivered cannot be delivered along with courier products.
For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
- Wrong shipping/delivery address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbor.
Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
- We will normally deliver to neighbor ,and if no neighbor available, than we cannot kept Cake to doorstep ,as its perishable food product, we will take back with us, and Sender has to pay Extra Re-Delivery charges minimum 150/- to 300/- as per distance Or if not possible re-delivery, we both have to believe this order is completed successfully and we not required any issues as we have given already all the possibilities and solutions above for all situations.
